Only Active Clients Can Refer: Participation in the referral program is restricted to active customers who have completed at least one service at Charlotte Auto Spa.

New Clients Only: The referred person must be a new customer who has never used Charlotte Auto Spa’s services before. Referral checks can only be redeemed for their first purchase at Charlotte Auto Spa.

Referral Check Limitations:

• One Referral Check per Invoice: Only one Referral Check can be applied to each invoice.

• Eligible Services Only: Referral Checks can only be applied to services offered at Charlotte Auto Spa. They can not be used for parts, purchases of after care products,

or tips.

• Minimum Purchase Requirement: The referred client must have a minimum service purchase of $500 to use a referral check.

• Referral Check Value: The final value of the referral check is determined by the total of the referred client’s first invoice, based on the following tiers:

Pre-tax invoice total of $0-$400: No referral discount given.

Pre-tax invoice total of $500-$999: $25 referral discount given.

Pre-tax invoice total of $1,000-$1,999: $50 referral discount given.

Pre-tax invoice total of $2,000+: $100 referral discount given.

Ultimate Armor Package: $150 referral discount given.

• Appointment Deposits: Referral Checks cannot be used to pay for appointment deposits.

• Discount Combinations: Referral Checks can be combined with discounts or specials, but the total discount value can not exceed 5% of invoiced service total. Charlotte

Auto Spa will always apply the highest discount to ensure the referred clients get the best deal.

Reward Check Limitations:

• Non-Transferable: Reward checks are non-transferable and can only be used by the person named on the check or their spouse.

• Eligible Services Only: Reward Checks can only be applied to services offered at Charlotte Auto Spa. They cannot be used for parts, after care products, or tips.

• Reward Check Value: The value of the reward check is determined by the referred client’s final service invoice total, based on the following tiers:

Pre-tax invoice total of $500-$999: $25 Reward Check.

Pre-tax invoice total of $1,000-$1,999: $50 Reward Check.

Pre-tax invoice total of $2,000+: $100 Reward Check.

Ultimate Armor Package: $150 Reward Check.

• Same as Cash: Reward Checks are considered the same as cash. They must be present at time of payment and can be combined with other Charlotte Auto Spa

discounts or seasonal promotions.

• Reward Check Usage: Multiple Reward Checks can be applied to services on a single invoice, up to a total of $300.

• No Change or Credit: No change nor credit will be given if the value of the reward checks exceeds the amount due.

• Appointment Deposits: Reward Checks can not be used to pay for appointment deposits.

Referral and Reward Checks are not redeemable for cash.

Check Expirations: Reward Checks expire one year from date of issuance. The expiration date will be clearly stated on each check. Expired checks will not be accepted.

Program Termination: Charlotte Auto Spa reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Referral Rewards Program at any time. If the program is terminated, any issued Reward Checks will still be honored until their expiration. However, Referral Checks will no longer be accepted after the program’s cancellation date.
